Today I had the chance to talk with Mary Lewellin, the owner of Red Dragon Herbs and Teas based in Des Moines. Mary started Red Dragon in 2015, but the story starts back in 2004 with Ryan Lewellin in the Middle East and discovering Iraqi chai tea, then bringing it back to the States.
